DJ's Tug of War

DJ's Tug of War Club

    DJ's is a Tug of War Club based in Lakeville, MN. We compete at both National and International competitions throughout the year. Some of the countries where we have competed include Ireland, Scotland, Germany, Japan, South Africa, and the Netherlands to name a few.

    We typically train 3 days a week during our regular season. When training for a World Championship the training becomes more intense and our training schedule increases. Our training sessions include cardio, weight lifting, cals, and lots of rope training.

    Many people remember competing in Tug of War tournaments at picnics or at school in their childhood. For us it is a much different competition. Tug of War is very intense and requires a great deal of technique, years of training, and a very competitive nature.
